Emtec Building Services are providing the Mechanical and Electrical Services on behalf of McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd for the Usher Institute project for the University of Edinburgh located at their Bioquarter campus. The new building will comprise of open plan and cellular offices spaces for desktop analytical research, conference facilities and a café / restaurant.
