Emtec  Building Services were appointed as the main M&E contractor, responsible  for the full delivery of mechanical and electrical works, including  Contractor Design Portion (CDP) packages.

The project  was fully coordinated in Revit and managed directly by Emtec to ensure  precise integration and clash-free design.

The new  facility was developed to replace the ageing beauty school within the  college, providing a modern, state-of-the-art learning environment for staff  and students. The building incorporates a variety of specialist spaces,  including open-plan hairdressing rooms, massage treatment rooms, nail  treatment areas, tanning facilities, classrooms, IT space, laundry  facilities, offices and a dedicated photoshoot room.

Emtec’s scope  of works included the installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing  systems, designed to deliver efficient, reliable and user-friendly building  services throughout. By combining digital engineering expertise with a  comprehensive design and build approach.

Emtec  successfully delivered a high-quality, fully operational facility that  enhances the student learning experience and supports industry-standard  training.
