Emtec Property Services have recently been awarded the construction of a rebound room within Southcraig School, Ayr for our valued client, South Ayrshire Council. The works comprise of the separation of the existing gym hall to create a new rebound room and associated works.  The remaining gym hall shall be complete with new finishes and services throughout.  The works are due to start and finish during the school holidays.
