Emtec Property Services has successfully completed and handed over the first phase of internal refurbishment works at Cunninghame House, the head office of North Ayrshire Council.

The completed works focused on the West Wing of the fourth floor, which has been remodelled and upgraded to support the Council’s rationalisation programme. The refurbishment enables the accommodation of a range of council service needs within the headquarters, enhancing functionality and efficiency across the workspace.

Delivery of the project was supported by Emtec’s sister companies, including Emtec Building Services, Emtec Fire Systems, and Emtec Core & Protect, alongside a trusted external subcontractor supply chain.

Following the successful completion of Phase One, PhaseTwo of the project has now commenced and will concentrate on refurbishmentworks to the ground floor of the East Wing.
