Following the recent Scottish Property Awards 2022, Emtec Group are delighted to have been involved in 3 projects which scooped awards on the night.

Development of the Year (Commercial Buildings) – 177 Bothwell Street. Emtec were responsible for the M&E Cat B fitout.

Architectural Excellence Award (Commercial Use) – Raeburn Place Stadium. This project included the design & build including installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services to the new stand and club house facility for Edinburgh Accies Rugby Club.

Regeneration of the Year – Halo Enterprise & Innovation Centre. Emtec provided the full M&E installation to the building including extensive green energy systems including photovoltaics, energy battery storage and EV charging points.
