Emtec Building Services recently achieved handover and practical completion at the SAICA pack project in Livingston. Working with main contractor Robertson Construction, Emtec provided the full MEP services installation which included the refurbishment of an existing distribution warehouse, and a further three additional new build buildings to extend the facility to provide a 27,000 M² cardboard manufacturing and packaging facility for SAICA.

The project is a joint venture between Emtec Building Services, Emtec Fire Systems who provided the design, install and commission of the fire suppression, detection and alarms system and Emtec Off-site Manufacturing who  designed, manufactured and supplied prefabricated multi-service modules for the project.
