The project involved the refurbishment of the existing building at Lower Dens into the 4* Staybridge Suites, Aparthotel containing 85 bedroom apartments and 1 bedroom suite. Services included Design, Lighting, Domestic water services, Fire alarms, Heating and cooling via air conditioning, Intruder alarm, Ventilation systems, CCTV, Dry risers, Small power, Sprinklers and Data.
