Emtec Facility Services are contracted to carry out the statutory compliance maintenance on 367 of their high street building society branches in Scotland, the North, the Midlands and the South West of England. Due to the success of the service we provide on their retail estate we are now extending our services to them and working with them on providing the same level of service on their large administration centres.

In addition to providing the statutory compliance maintenance on over 4000 of their assets such as Boilers, Emergency Lighting, Air Conditioning, Fixed Wire Testing & PAT Testing, we provide 24-hour reactive support for all aspects of their properties including building fabric ranging from small routine repairs, major incident rectification works and roof replacement.
