Installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services for the refurbishment of the existing Sheriff Court House located in Kirkcaldy.  The works comprised of the formation of a new prison holding facility, 2 No. court rooms and support spaces. Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, Rainwater, Fire & Security, Small power, Data, General & Featured Lighting were all installed and commissioned by Emtec Building Services.
