Emtec Building Services delivered full mechanical and electrical installation works for the new Guala Closures facility, which comprises of a factory and a two-floor office block.
The project was fully coordinated using a BIM model, based on designs from M&E consultants Hawthorne Boyle, ensuring clash-free integration of all services.
In the factory M&E systems were delivered using off-site manufactured modules, produced at Emtec’s facility and installed on-site by the EBS team. This modular approach enhanced installation efficiency, reduced programme risks and ensured consistent quality.
The office fit out was completed using traditional M&E installation methods, providing fully integrated mechanical, electrical and plumbing services across the two floors.
Emtec’s scope covered a wide range of building services, including ventilation, heating, electrical distribution, lighting, data communications and fire and safety systems fully coordinated to meet client requirements for functionality, compliance and operational efficiency.
The project demonstrates Emtec’s expertise in combining digital engineering, modular off-site construction and traditional M&E installation techniques to deliver modern manufacturing and office facilities.
This integrated approach ensured timely delivery, high-quality standards and reliable building services tailored to the needs of Guala Closures.
