Savills are one of the foremost Property Managing Agents in the UK, working closely with their commercial department Emtec serve eight commercial properties. The largest of the buildings is Exchange Crescent, Edinburgh.

Emtec are currently contracted to maintain all aspects of the M&E planned & reactive maintenance across all x8 sites, ensuring statutory compliance, full asset management maintenance including building compliance; gas services, F-gas, emergency lighting, fire and life safety systems.

Emtec draw on their experienced in-house technical engineers to deliver 80% of the contract within the more specialised services.

All planned maintenance follows Savills in-put specification. Maintenance is performed to SFG20 statutory compliance. As a standard a 4hr SLA applies to all sites. Due to Emtec having a large mobile resource, with a number of pedestrian engineers based within the city centre as a standard we attend site within 2hrs of receiving any emergency call-outs.
