Emtec are currently contracted to maintain all aspects of the M&E planned & reactive maintenance across all x8 sites, ensuring statutory compliance, full asset management maintenance including building compliance; gas services, F-gas, emergency lighting, fire and life safety systems.
Emtec draw on their experienced in-house technical engineers to deliver 80% of the contract within the more specialised services.
All planned maintenance follows Savills in-put specification. Maintenance is performed to SFG20 statutory compliance. As a standard a 4hr SLA applies to all sites. Due to Emtec having a large mobile resource, with a number of pedestrian engineers based within the city centre as a standard we attend site within 2hrs of receiving any emergency call-outs.
