Emtec Building Services are preparing to commence works on a new office development at the Borders Innovation Park, Tweedbank. In partnership with Ogilvie Construction, Emtec Building Services will deliver the full M&E services package on the 2 storey office development, the first of four sites to be developed in  phase one of the development. The development, part of the Tweedbank masterplan, aims to deliver essential high quality business space in the borders further boosting the Borders economy.
