With over 3000 reported fires in non-domestic buildings each year in Scotland alone, we are committed to ensuring passive fire protection measures in your building are installed compliantly to safeguard people and property in the event of a fire.

Our Core division specialise in all forms of cutting through brick, block and concrete using specialist equipment including core drills, floor saws, wall saws and wire saws. We also specialise in controlled demolition using remotely operated demolition robots, hydraulic bursting/crunching, and concrete floor slab surface preparation.
