Following a competitive tender process, Emtec Energy have been contracted by Glasgow City Council to complete the Solar PV Works at Duke Street Car Park.

The system, a 190kWp Solar PV Car Port, will be installed on the top level of the multi-story car park, which allows the Authority to benefit from Solar PV generation whilst retaining their full allocation of parking spaces. This will be the first of its kind on a multi-story car park in Scotland.
