Working with Muir Construction, Emtec Solutions will deliver the full design and installation of M&E services for a new purpose built building, which will form an Operations & Maintenance facility primarily for servicing of the new EDF Renewables UK’s Neart na Gaoithe Offshore Wind Farm.

The project will incorporate renewable and low carbon technologies, which will see Emtec design and install solar photovoltaics, heat recovery ventilation and LED lighting systems. The project also includes the design and install of the Fire, Security, Access, CCTV and Communications systems.
