Scope of Works: The James Gillespie High School building in Marchmont was demolished and replaced with a new teaching block and sports facility. The Grade A-listed Bruntsfield House on the campus was refurbished and now houses 1,150 pupils and 104 staff. James Gillespie High School is the first revenue-financed project to be delivered by the South East Hub. Emtec provided full mechanical, plumbing and electrical services installations to the new teaching, performance and sports blocks being constructed within the JGHS Campus.
