Our Facility Services division continue to maintain our clients buildings hard services standards and compliance long after practical completion. Our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.

Ready to take on an exciting new challenge? Due to substantial growth and recent contract wins, we are currently looking for Multi Skilled Engineers throughout our Facility Services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To carry out repair, maintenance and installation of Air Con Systems and Electrical Systems.
  • To keep abreast of current industry and good practice, ensuring existing systems are in line with current developments.
  • To ensure Health and Safety procedures and practices are maintained on all sites and at all times ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Company Procedures.
  • To liaise with the Contract Manager, Supervisors, Helpdesk and admin staff and engineers.
  • To carry out works in a safe and proper manner
  • To maintain close working relationship with your clients.
  • Produce quotations for defects or at the request of the client.
  • Manage own time and priorities
  • Work on your own initiative
  • In addition to the above duties, you will be expected to undertake all reasonable tasks as directed by your line manager.

What we need from you:

  • Experience of working in a building facilities services environment on air conditioning and electrical systems
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communications and organisational skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Clean, full driving licence

Role & Benefits

  • Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) + Potential additional earnings through bonus scheme!
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am – 4.30 pm
  • Contract type: Permanent 40 hours per week
  • Location: Bournemouth (or surrounding areas)
