We are pleased to announce an extremely exciting opportunity within Emtec Facility Services, for a Managing Director to join our team in Uddingston.

This role incorporates driving rapid sustainable growth, statutory compliance and governance, the management and development of staff, (operational, sales, contract support and management), the continual development of our customer base and full operational responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and structure FM delivery teams
• Develop new business and lead from the front
• Support and develop the teams on their growth journey
• Focus on client relationships and ensure high quality customer experience and service
• Report on financial performance
• Recruit and attract market leading individuals

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Managing Director candidate will have a track record of having grown a business unit or region of an FM company.

They will thrive on developing new business and the people around them. This will be shown by their ambition and drive to lead a business and bring the rest of the team with them.

We are looking for a true leader and someone who understands the sector with a balance of operations and developing new business. This could suit an individual who is in a current Operations Director role and is looking to progress their career.
