Emtec Facility Services are delighted to announce a new role in within their Bid Team as Bid Writer/Admin. The successful candidate will play a play a key role within the bid team to support the growth of the business.

Our Facility Services division continue to maintain our clients buildings hard services standards and compliance long after practical completion. Our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.

Role & Key Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and editing bidding material ensuring compliance with client Specifications
• Ensure Win Themes are reflected in bid responses and maximise potential to achieve highest possible quality scores
• Help to maintain a central bid library of content and templates
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to share information and ensure that all requirements relating to tender documents are understood and considered.
• Manage all documentation and processes in line with company policies and standards
• Assist in the management of client portals including monitoring CQs

• Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm Friday 8am-3.30pm
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
• Location: Glasgow

Requirements:

• Previous tender experience is essential
• Previous Bid Writing experience/ PQQ experience (creative writing)
• Has worked within the FM or Construction Industry
• Good admin skills
