Emtec offer a 24 hour facilities helpdesk service staffed entirely with directly employed operatives, offering response times as low as one hour.

This ensures that when calls are raised the operative has a full working knowledge of the client’s estate and can process the works through to completion without the involvement of a third party. In addition, Emtec ensure that a correctly qualified engineer is dispatched to deal with the issue, reducing the time to overall resolution.

Our helpdesk is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV CAFM system linking to our engineering workforce via tablet devices. This allows both planned and reactive works to be issued, updated and completed electronically so that crucial information reaches our clients in real time. Our CAFM system can produce a wide variety of reports across a broad range of performance measurements. Clients can also request an online portal providing quick access to all statutory compliance documentation and work reports from any web linked computer.
