SEA – Strategic Environmental Assessments

Emtec Ecology provide a structured and rigorous strategic environmental assessment based process.  This support is applied, in particular, to plans and programmes prepared by public planning authorities and at time private bodies.

EIA - Environmental Impact Assessments

This is the process of identifying the potential environmental effects of proposed developments and any required mitigation measures.  Emtec Ecology's senior environmental staff have previously conducted a wide range of EIAs in the UK and Europe working to environmental legislation.
