Scope of Works:  Emtec Facility Services were originally contracted to carry out planned and reactive Mechanical & Electrical maintenance works across 22 sites located throughout Scotland and North England. 

Emtec FS's contract covers the setting up and running of a Planned Preventative Maintenance programme working with the client through AMPM's helpdesk taking into account all mechanical and electrical installations - heating, electrics, lighting and air conditioning.

After a number of years serving the client with strong performance against agreed key performance indicators, Emtec were awarded 15 additional sites in the midlands area, serviced from our Birmingham Branch.
