Due to the continued and planned expansion, Emtec Fire Systems are looking for a mobile installation supervisor based from Glasgow with national coverage.
About the Role:
You are required to have excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to develop and manage a team of in house and subcontractors on sites. You should have industry experience in installations of domestic, residential and commercial sprinkler installations. You are to enhance and further develop the overall sprinkler business and work in a professional manner as an individual and within the team. On-going training will be provided for the right individual for them to develop and expand as part of the Emtec Fire Systems team.
Requirements of the role are:
A working understanding of BSEN 12845 & LPCB Technical Bulletins, BS9251, FM Global & NFPA.Must hold a current full UK driving licence.
The ability to recognise and deliver excellent customer service, willing to go ‘the extra mile’ to provide customers with a lasting positive impression
The ability to identify and resolve problems in a manner that enhances the business and complies with legislation
The ability to build strong relationships to inspire and influence others
Conduct regular quality audits on sites for compliance with legislation to enhance the business
Monitor site progress and report to site Project Engineers
Monitor Health & Safety on sites to ensure compliance with legislation and RAMS
SSSTS or SMSTS
LPCB Inspection & Commissioning qualification desirable
