Scope of Works:

The 2600m² new build primary school has been constructed to replace the previously fire damaged building on Petersburn Road, Airdrie. The school incorporates an admin area, a nursery wing, games hall, dining areas, separate plant spaces and a teaching wing to the rear of the building combining 8no classrooms which surround a large open plan teaching space. Emtec were responsible for the full design, supply, install & commissioning of the M&E Services and utilised our in-house expertise with systems such as renewable energy and sprinklers
